These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Travel With Cheray LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website, submitting an inquiry, making a booking, or engaging with any of our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are designed to protect the Company, the owner, the owner’s affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, and any successors or descendants of the owner.

1. COMPANY ROLE

Travel With Cheray LLC acts solely as a travel planning and arrangement agent.

We do not own, operate, or control any hotels, airlines, cruise lines, transportation companies, tour operators, insurance providers, or other suppliers (“Suppliers”).

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Suppliers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Travel With Cheray LLC.

  • We are not responsible for Supplier negligence, delays, closures, schedule changes, loss, damage, injury, or death.

All travel components are subject to each Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and liability limits.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (names exactly as on government-issued ID, dates, payment details, etc.).

  • Review all confirmations immediately and report any errors within 24 hours.

  • Make timely payments to avoid cancellation or price increases.

  • Comply with all passport, visa, health, vaccination, testing, and entry requirements for your destination.

Failure to comply is solely your responsibility.

3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & IDENTIFICATION

You are solely responsible for knowing, securing, and maintaining:

  • Valid passports (typically valid 6 months beyond travel).

  • Required visas and entry permits.

  • COVID-related or health documentation.

  • Legal consent documents for minors traveling without both parents.

Travel With Cheray LLC assumes no liability for denied boarding or entry resulting from improper documentation.

4. PAYMENTS, FEES & CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Payments

All prices are subject to change until paid in full.

You authorize Travel With Cheray LLC and its Suppliers to charge your card for all approved travel components.

4.2 Planning Fees

Planning, research, or consultation fees charged by Travel With Cheray LLC are:

  • Non-refundable,

  • Non-transferable,

  • Not connected to Supplier payments,

  • Compensation for time, expertise, and administrative services.

4.3 Supplier Payments

Suppliers may impose their own:

  • Cancellation fees

  • Change penalties

  • Payment schedule requirements

  • Refund restrictions

You agree to follow Supplier policies without recourse against the Company.

4.4 Cancellations or Changes

If you cancel or request modifications:

  • Travel With Cheray LLC may charge administrative fees.

  • Supplier penalties may apply immediately and without exception.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are governed by Supplier rules.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel With Cheray LLC strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including but not limited to:

  • Trip cancellation/interruption

  • Medical coverage

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Baggage loss/delay

Declining insurance is entirely at your own risk.

You agree that the Company is not responsible for uncovered losses.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Travel With Cheray LLC is not liable for acts outside our control, including:

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Epidemics/pandemics

  • Civil unrest

  • Airline or Supplier failures

  • Labor strikes

  • Technical or mechanical issues

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided by the Company in such cases.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel With Cheray LLC, its owner, affiliates, contractors, employees, representatives, and descendants shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Property damage

  • Financial loss

  • Emotional distress

  • Delays or missed connections

  • Supplier errors, acts, or omissions

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Client agrees that the Company’s total liability shall never exceed the amount of planning fees paid directly to Travel With Cheray LLC.

8. CLIENT CONDUCT

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:

  • Abusive or disrespectful communication

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Chargebacks without prior notice

  • Behavior that interferes with our ability to work safely or professionally

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first attempting resolution may result in legal action.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, planning materials, itineraries, guides, branding, and communications are the intellectual property of Travel With Cheray LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

10. PRIVACY

We collect only information necessary to arrange travel.

Your information may be shared with Suppliers solely for booking purposes.

We never sell or lease your data.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Norfolk, VA.

12. AMENDMENTS

Travel With Cheray LLC may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using this website or hiring Travel With Cheray LLC, you confirm that you:

  • Have read these Terms in full,

  • Understand your responsibilities,

  • Agree to all conditions, policies, and limitations,

Accept that the Company is acting solely as an intermediary between you and Suppliers.
